Led development of a geo-analytics platform for land parcel analysis from zero to release 1.0. Managed a team of 8, established Scrum processes, Git Flow, and code conventions. Architected the frontend and built core modules including interactive map layers with MapLibre and spatial analysis with Turf.js. Set up E2E testing with Playwright.
Built an enterprise audit platform for automotive dealers (Chery, Haval) from scratch. Sole frontend developer and team lead — designed FSD architecture, implemented 12+ screens with complex data tables, multi-step forms with dynamic validation, analytics dashboards, and full i18n for English and Chinese.
Led a team of 5 building an ERP/CRM system with 30+ screens for web and mobile. Designed scalable architecture with Module Federation from scratch. Introduced 1-on-1s, code review culture, and mentoring. Delivered MVP on a tight deadline, enabling the business to capture value immediately.
Technical lead and deputy project manager for Sber.pro — a high-load media platform with 50K+ MAU and 10K concurrent users. Built the team from zero, managed 15 engineers across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps. Designed the full-stack architecture (Next.js SSR/SSG + Node.js/Strapi) that became the foundation for 3 ecosystem projects.
